ABOUT: Hidden away in a quiet corner of Marrakech’s leafy Palmeraie, this elegant hotel sits amid five acres of lime and pomegranate tree-dotted gardens. Fusing all the best bits of traditional Moroccan architecture and décor—zellige tiles, splendid Moorish arches, handcrafted furniture, lots of lanterns—with subtle modern touches, it suits couples and families seeking a haven from the city centre’s helter-skelter.
ROOMS: Spacious and attractive quarters range from Superior and Deluxe Rooms through to Junior Suites, Pavilions and Garden Villas. Each has outdoor space, plus Egyptian cottons, iPod docks and monsoon showers. Junior Suites all boast private balconies, along with living areas and whirlpool bathtubs to boot, while the extravagant Pavilions and Villas, standing alone in the grounds, feature private gardens with shaded seating areas. Some have a plunge pool in addition. Sleeping up to six, the villas suit families well.
FACILITIES: The hotel is centred around two large pools, one of which is heated. Beside them is the main building, and a spa in which scrubs, rubs, couple’s massages and hammams are all available alongside an adjacent gym. Opposite are beautiful main restaurant Maroliano, serving tasty Italian and Moroccan plates, La Pergola, an outdoor grill, seafood and salad venue, and the chilled-out Citrus Bar.
EXTRA INFO: A twice-daily free shuttle takes guests to and from central Marrakech. Attentive staff can also organise Atlas Mountains hiking, quad-biking and horse-riding.

When you book a holiday with us we will provide full driving instructions for reaching your accommodation, where necessary; these can be used by yourself, or you could enjoy the luxury of a driver. Alternatively we will arrange private (car rather than coach) transfers for you; helicopter transfers are also possible for some destinations.
