Property in Morocco

We have many years experience in the Moroccan property market and offer here a small selection of properties that we consider worth knowing about.

We are not interested in the main stream property and offer only properties that stand out from "the rest"...  Lovely villas, earth village dwellings, magical land and smart apartments.

We also offer:

  • Property search service.
  • Maintenance contracts

Thank you for a most enjoyable trip..

Dear Max and Denise.

Just a short note to thank you for a most enjoyable trip, we have enjoyed every moment. The hotels were brilliant. Branson's was our least favourite, too commercial and pompous the surroundings mountains made up for its lacking. The best of all, our driver Said, he made our whole trip a joy, we found him ...

The best dinner spot was at the riad hotel we were staying, Villa Maroc, where they serve huge platters of meat or fish tagine by candlelight.

We know Morocco intimately

Max Lawrence - MD Lawrence of Morocco

When travelling around Morocco it is not (contrary to common belief) necessary for women to ‘cover up’ out of respect for local modesty traditions. Morocco is a very mixed society with Moroccans who dress as westerners and more traditional families dressing in a more traditional way.

The only areas of the country where it is advisable for women to cover up their legs and shoulders would be in some parts of the High Atlas Mountains (very remote areas) where the locals are rarely visited by foreigners. It is highly unlikely that you will be visiting these areas on any holiday arranged by Lawrence of Morocco.
