Cooking Class at Clock Kitchen

Learn to cook traditional Moroccan food in the heart of the medina with Clock Kitchen – Fez’s first dedicated cooking school. Clock Kitchen will give clients not only cultural insight into Morocco but will delight chefs of all levels. Souk to kitchen to plate, Clock Kitchen’s chef Souad, share the secrets and mysteries of authentic, local cuisine. The workshops start with choosing a personal menu then shopping for ingredients in the souk with the chef on a market tour and learning to prepare a feast. Finally clients enjoy the fruits of their labor in the ambient hospitality which is at the heart of Moroccan cuisine and the famous Café Clock!
