Spend a night or two at a real desert camp in the giant dunes of Merzouga, near Erfoud, in the Sahara desert of Morocco
A truly unique experience is to sleep out in the desert in a nomad desert camp. Merzouga's dunes are the highest in Morocco and probably the most spectacular. Arrive at the camp by camel, watch the sunset over the dunes and retreat down to the camp for an unforgettable evening meal under the stars. Comfortable tents with proper mattresses and sheets. WC and shower facilities are onsite.

Our staff regularly visit the places and accommodation that we feature.
When you book a holiday with us we will provide full driving instructions for reaching your accommodation, where necessary; these can be used by yourself, or you could enjoy the luxury of a driver. Alternatively we will arrange private (car rather than coach) transfers for you; helicopter transfers are also possible for some destinations.
