About us - ATOL Protection

We are a family business with two generations of love for Morocco. Our passion for the country and for helping others to discover it has fuelled our success in the market over many years...

ATOL Protection

Lawrence of Morocco Limited Holiday packages are covered by  ATOL  protection where appropriate - please see below for details of this cover.

ATOL protected

ATOL protects you from losing your money or being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks on the tour operators and travel organisers it licenses, and requiring them to take part in a financial guarantee scheme managed by the Air Travel Trust (ATT) which provides the funds to protect customers should a firm fail.  In some cases a licence holder will also provide a bond, which is lodged with the ATT and provides additional funds.

If a tour operator goes out of business, the CAA will ensure you do not lose the money you paid over, or if you're abroad, we'll arrange for you to finish your holiday and fly home.

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not  receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Please see our booking conditions for information, or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to: www.atol.org.uk/ ATOLCertificate

An example of how we help clients in times of trouble.

Dear Denise,

All went very well yesterday. Car collected on time – and was a very comfortable minibus, not a van. Made it to airport on time. The upgrading was not possible because they had actually sold out Club! But flight home was a breeze and eventually made it back to country house in early evening.

Sarah is much better ...
