Les Deux Tours was beautiful, our room wasn’t ready on arrival but we had lunch and lounged around the pool. Again – we loved this hotel (brilliant recommendation from you!) staff were attentive, girls loved the gardens and our suite was amazing with its own little pool which was welcome when the main pool was busy and after a hot morning in the city. If I was going to find one niggle, a few things in the room needed repair (shower was a bit rickety/handrail in bathroom coming away) but didn’t detract from our stay one bit. The hammam was fantastic – I took the girls with me for the experience and they were spoilt rotten, I also took advantage of a massage which was excellent. The guide you arranged was great, tailored the tour for us and the girls, was very informative, good mix of culture and pottering the souks and looked after us very well, certainly well worth it as we felt confident about going back to the souks the next day on our own for an explore. Both meals Souad arranged were fantastic (even though we turned up a day early to Le Fondouk – they managed to fit us in!), my favourite was La Maison Arabe – absolutely incredible setting and food, again they were brilliant with the children, food was incredible. We ate at the hotel on the last night and that too was excellent.
From Karen L. who travelled with us in May 2025.
We were very satisfied with the service provided on this trip. We had a great time and everything went smoothly that there was nothing to ever stress about. Communication was excellent; The staff at the accomodations knew exactly when to expect us and what was included what we paid beforehand.

Dar Rocmarra: 4/5: a charming riad with nice rooftop seating to relax. Rooms were always tidied and staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice as well. Only deduction is because sometimes the bathroom smelled slightly of sewage but I understand thats not in their control.
Kasbah Bab Ourika: 10/5: Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The swimming pools were lovely and mostly private. Staff were all lovely. Had the best food there. Hotel staff was so helpful in booking in activities for us. Really appreciated upon checkout, they printed an invoice that broke down all our extra spending. Unreal views and accomodation.
Rebali Riads: 4/5 charming riad with a nice private swimming pool. Staff were also friendly. Food was so/so.
From Vivian Dong who travelled with us in May 2025.
Riad Hikaya in Marrakech was beautiful, the staff were super attentive and the food was amazing. The rooms were lovely and clean, they were very accommodating when we needed to shower at the end of our trip despite checking out 5 hours before. We felt very at home there and would certainly stay there again.
Kasbah Toubkal in Imlil was also absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, the view and the town were beautiful and the hotel was very homely. The staff were all very accommodating and the food was good too. The only comment would be that there was no forewarning that this hotel does not serve alcohol and so if we had been advised by Fleewinter then we would have brought some from Marrakech as they said that they didn't mind if you do that.
From Hattie Kettle who travelled with us in May 2025.
From David Threlfall who travelled with us in May 2025.
A great holiday with a mix of activities and experiences, just what we were after.
Highlights for us were: 1. Staying in Bhalil - all the activities we did there were very interesting the highlight being the Azrou sheep market. 2. The food tour in Fez medina which took us places we would never have gone ourselves. We would recommend Restaurant Dar Lalla Khadra for roof top dining in Fez.

Villa Maroc - stunning room & totally amazing food - brilliant!!
From Deborah H who travelled with us in May 2025.
Les trois mages Marrakech- I would give it a higher rating if I could. Aziz is the most amazing host, gave great advice. Nothing was any trouble, beautiful riad and amazing breakfast.
Ribali riad- also brilliant. Mohammed and Fatima looked after us all and were thoughtful and kind. Villa was spacious and loved the star gazing. Great location for the beach and mix of activities to suit everyone. |
From Rebecca Pritchard who travelled with us in April 2025.
Riad Spice- beautiful, fantastic service & welcome, good food, excellent location
Azul- v welcoming, beautiful grounds inc pool, room 4* as shower water ran all over floor into bedroom (no curtain. Very kind staff with good home cooked food.
Nomad camp- amazing! What an excellent set up. So well arranged, comfortable & camel ride wonderful.
Ban Rimel- welcome poor and environment less appealing, more basic. Room comfortable and was the best part of the accommodation.
Tourkia- stunning! The best welcome, gorgeous hidden calm in a great location. Beautiful room, pool area and restaurant with fantastic food. Very helpful staff.
Kasbah d’Eau- what a stunning kasbah with beautiful interiors. The details were fabulous and the sea view gorgeous. Food was excellent service and staff excellent and great having the massage option. Location was interesting as I’d anticipated a bigger town, but that’s my mistake!
From Marie who travelled with us in April 2025.
Beautiful property with gorgeous arts and crafts everywhere, down to the rugs and floor tiles in my room. Amazing views, especially sunsets. Lovely pool and lounge and restaurant. Delicious food. Great wine. But the thing that made my stay special was the wonderful staff who were so professional, hard working and friendly.

We loved our stay at Rebali Riads. We are a family of four with two teenage daughters, aged 16 and 19 so they like their own space. The set up here is perfect as you have privacy but with the hospitality of a hotel. We stayed in Riad Sila which was very spacious (three large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus plenty of living space and our own garden with good sized pool plus a huge roof terrace. It was tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. We had delicious meals served in our riad - breakfast and dinner when requested - and the team were super helpful in arranging trips / camel rides / a hammam and massage/ and taxis.
From Rebecca who travelled with us in April 2025.
Arriving at Villa Maroc was an interesting experience, walking through the city gates to reach the hotel just inside the second wall was like stepping back in time. We had a very light and airy room just below the roof which was very comfortable and just a flight of stairs away from the roof terrace where we enjoyed our breakfasts overlooking the harbour and very wide beach. Once again the staff and the owner of the hotel were very friendly and very helpful, that went from the maid that cleaned our room to the waiting staff and the receptionists. Once again, a safe in the room for our valuable would have been useful. The two dinners that we had at the hotel were very enjoyable as was the red wine. As you are aware, Essaouira can be very windy but we managed to cope with that and walked the length of the beach a few times.
From Harry & Sue Carlton who travelled with us in April 2025.
A beautiful hotel. excellent location, nice pool, lovely surroundings and food.
From Justine S who travelled with us in April 2025.
What can I say about Les Deux Tours - just fantastic in every way and with a heated swimming pool (the only one on the trip). We won't forget the frogs. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble - wonderful breakfast.
From Rosie S who travelled with us in April 2025.
We loved this earth hotel in Skoura - we would have liked an additional day there really. Charming hostess and staff and lovely food.
From Rosie S who travelled with us in April 2025.
The overnight stay in the Agafay Desert with the camel ride was the high point of our holiday (in spite of the overnight temperature!!).
From Sophe C who travelled with us in April 2025.
I'm so sorry but I'm afraid I don't have anything negative to say that could help improve the service you provide.
We had a really wonderful and memorable time in Morocco. Les Deaux Tours was all I had dreamed of. What a beautiful and special hotel! I was very sad to leave the sunshine, bird song, scent of orange blossom and beautiful gardens but I have hundreds of photos to keep those memories alive.
Our trips out into the real world were a bit of a culture shock but very memorable and an experience not to be missed and you might be pleased to know that the overnight stay in the Agafay Desert with the camel ride was the high point of our holiday (in spite of the overnight temperature!!).
Also the staff we met in the hotel, in the Desert Camp (Florence in particular), taxi drivers etc couldn't have been more helpful, courteous and friendly.

Wow. Phenomenal place - the best holiday we have had yet. We stayed for 7 nights in February with three children (age 2, 4, 7). The whole place is immaculate, quiet and beautiful. We were so well looked after by Mohamed, Fatima and all their wonderful staff.
From Charlotte who travelled with us in March 2025.
Bab Ourika was a great starting point - Amanda has a legendary reputation and was a lovely host, her staff were fantastic, as were the gardens and food. The picnic was wonderful (Amanda’s kitchen) in a beautiful location. We did some independent walking the following day which was more satisfying as we ventured onto higher ground to appreciate the views.
From Christine Cubitt who travelled with us in March 2025.
Les Jardins de la Medina – beautiful room with nice touches. Especially liked the rooftop terrace that comes with a Solarium room.
From Mark R who travelled with us in March 2025.

• Excellent breakfast
• Lovely gardens and pool
From Paul B who travelled with us in March 2025.
We enjoyed the drive to Oulidia and were blown away by 'La Sultana'. Fabulous position, staff could not do enough, room was splendid, particularly enjoyed the log fire in the evening.
From Anne W who travelled with us in March 2025.
The balloon ride was a great success.
From Fiona who travelled with us in February 2025.
L'heure Bleue - we loved the colonial feel of the hotel. The staff were gracious and professional and clearly felt proud of their hotel - quite justifiably. Our room was quite small but that didn't bother us - the girls' twin bedded room was on the corner so was quite a lot larger (think they secretly quite enjoyed that!) The rooftop pool/terrace was stunning. Fresh orange juice was tantalisingly being freshly squeezed by a lady, and then taken round to the tables.
From Sara R who travelled with us in February 2025.
Dar Zemora…what a fab place to stay…very convenient for the city, great welcome and service!!!
From Kim T who travelled with us in February 2025.
Naima wa fantastic and what a great way to also meet local people and understand a bit more about their life and culture.
The guided Argan forest walk was so interesting and we were thrilled to be received into the house with the customary mint tea and home-cooked bread and oil - a highlight day.

From Sally W. who travelled with us in December 2024.
As a family we are not always easy to please, but it would be difficult to fault Dar Ayniwen in any respect - beautiful suites, idyllic garden with baby tortoises and charming staff who find nothing too much trouble. The owner too was very present and welcoming. We had relaxing days by the pool and very enjoyable evenings in the medina.
From Jane Huntley who travelled with us in November 2024.
Tasting tour with was VERY good. I would recommend this to anyone going to Fez. It really helps you understand the country and the medina in a much deeper way. (And coming from San Francisco, food is a big thing to us.) Gail is a wealth of information about Moroccan food, agriculture in the area, food customs, and of course the food within the medina. She knows so many people there-they all greet her and let us into the stalls to touch, taste, photograph whatever. Loved tasting the 12 honeys-we went back and bought our favorites. She bought foods from the food stalls and then took us to a soup stall where we ate it all. We would alternate lunches between the 2 food stalls the guides had introduced us to. Very personable-cannot say enough about that tour and Gail.
From Mark S. who travelled with us in November 2024.
Dar Zitoune - wow!!! After beautiful but basic riad's it was like gadget city!! Food was probably the best we ate in our whole trip!!
From Deborah H who travelled with us in November 2024.
We had a really great time and loved the hotel. The staff were excellent and always helpful and attentive. The transfers were very good as well so all in all we can think of nothing negative to say at all and have certainly been recommending your company and the hotel to our friends. Thank you for your assistance and we would definitely consider going again. Kind regards
From Denise & Graham Few who travelled with us in November 2024.
We loved Dar Zemora, the small five bed roomed hotel outside Marrakech that you arranged for us. It was beautifully run with wonderful staff and good food, with a nice pool in a lovely garden. It was so peaceful after visits to vibrant and frenetic Marrakech. The house itself was fascinating built in Moroccan style and exquisitely furnished.
From Lady Hilary W who travelled with us in November 2024.
We had a wonderful time. What a fantastic place La Sultana is; thank you very much for the recommendation and your excellent service.
From Donal Quigley who travelled with us in October 2024.
The Villa des Orangers in Marrakech is possibly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in, stylish, beautiful, lovely food and great service from very well trained and friendly staff. The free laundry service, the lunch and breakfast and all soft drinks being included was also really helpful. The junior suites were just perfect, especially the one we had on the first floor (room 4). Our boys loved it too. We liked it so much I’d like to look into booking again for next October.
From Jan P. who travelled with us in October 2024.
Kasbah Tamadot was wonderful and we cannot wait to return.
From John W who travelled with us in October 2024.
There was absolutely nothing negative to say about Villa des Orangers where I hope to stay again one day.
From Camilla C-C who travelled with us in October 2024.
The hotel was delightful and all your arrangements were conducive to a very pleasant holiday. The hotel, apart from picking us up and taking us to the airport, really went out of their way to offer us a number of important services at no extra cost.

From Jill who travelled with us in September 2024.
Riad Kalaa in Rabat was great. The staff were very helpful and the driver a joy (Abdul)
My French was/is rusty, so I am not sure if I gave Abdul enough cash when we left him at the airport. He had made a detour to Sale and escorted us around the potteries – so helpful. He also took us to Casablanca on Thursday where his knowledge and expert driving were invaluable. We loved Morocco and were very glad to have chosen Rabat rather than Marrakech which I understand is always crowded. Rabat has plenty of interest for a short break and it was great to be on the coast. The markets in Rabat are very close to Riad Kalaa so we didn’t actually need guidance –who needs the shops in city centres which are duplicated all over the world? It was fun discovering the city for ourselves.
From Anne Dale who travelled with us in September 2024.
The cookery course at Maison d'Arabe was amazing, I would definitely go on that again.
From Alison Wood who travelled with us in August 2024.
Anyway, a fab holiday in Morocco and nothing to really complain about at all. The hotels were just perfect for us, really liked your choices which all felt unique and not some corporate anywhere-in-the-world type hotel.
We visited in Ramandan but I have to say that didn’t cause any issues at all.
We will certainly recommend to friends and family!
Best wishes
From Mark who travelled with us in July 2024.
We had a fantastic time and all returned very relaxed. We had no problems with any of the transfers, all worked really well and we got to see the same driver several times which was good.
The first hotel, Les Deux Tours, was really relaxing and we loved it. Trips into Marrakech were awesome. It is great to know that such madness still exists so close to home!
The trek was stunning and made by Ahmed and the cook who turned out some amazing food, even putting the hotel to shame! We had the right kit with us although we didn't need any of the water purification as they had bottled water.
Then to Bab Ourika. We have travelled to quite a few places around the globe and stayed in some interesting hotels but everyone agreed that this is probably the best. When we turned up to this tranquil, cool haven we were hot, sweaty and covered in dust but after a day we were totally relaxed. We met Amanda and she sorted our trek as Ali and Beth decided against another walk. So Matthew and I did a shorter trek as the temperatures were increasing. The rest of the time was spent unwinding.
The coast was, as you warned us, a different experience. We took full advantage of the kayaks, boat trip, beach walks and surfing. We even managed to see flamingoes after a march at the end of the lagoon. Mohammed is delightful but we struggled in the restaurant as they seemed to lack any fish we ordered. It did have the feel of an out of season holiday camp! The curtains in the rooms we had (refurbished ones on the front) did cause the biggest laugh on the holiday (photograph available on request).
Thanks for organising our last night back at Marrakech. We had missed the Moroccan feel when we were on the coast and really enjoyed being back in Les Deux Tours and Marrakech late on Saturday. This also meant that we had a short transfer to the airport on the Sunday so we spread the journey. We all thought it worked well.
Do thank everyone involved in organising our holiday, it really was one of our best.
Cheers,
From Graham Ayres who travelled with us in July 2024.
The Villa Maroc was lovely, staff fab, food the best we had all holiday. All in all would certainly return.
From Justine S who travelled with us in June 2024.
Dar Zahia in Taroudant was beautiful and we loved being in a totally different type of lodging from the others. Location was great for us-we'd walk to the square for dinner and the souk nearby. The breakfast was wonderful. And the service-returning from the square after dinner, we were greeted by the "guardian" and the entire courtyard lit by 2-3 dz candles and classical piano music wafting from the library. Every night he did that.
From Mark S. who travelled with us in May 2024.
Our Medina Treasures tour was very enjoyable, and the cookery workshop at La Maison Arabe was even better.
From Helen Coen who travelled with us in April 2024.
Les Deux Tours - stunning gardens, lovely and relaxing after a day in town, staff also exceptionally friendly, though (inevitably) more geared towards family holidays: young children, crowded pool (our negative feedback would be: staff should remove towels from beds by the pool left when people go to lunch or into town, it is not fair for the others who were waiting to relax and swim!) Food was exceptional, and evening dinner is a real treat. A beautiful hotel, although at this time of year, the mating calls of the frogs in the pond below our room made sleep impossible! They did, however, have a certain charm all of their own...
From Ali Pery who travelled with us in April 2024.
Les Yeux Bleus - staff so polite & very helpful, location excellent & we loved the roof terrace, such a gem & the accommodation was really good, a bit like going back in time. Plunge pool nice & freezing! The main square hectic & bonkers.
From Nick John who travelled with us in April 2024.
I want to say that our stay at Villa des Orangers was unbelievable! We have stayed at many hotels all over the world and this hotel takes first prize for the incredible attention to detail, service (unobtrusive but there whenever you need it). The hotel is small and right where the action is but totally private and quiet. I have stayed at large 5 star hotels but this one exceeds all of them. It felt like a home away from home. The room was superb, the courtyards and living rooms were very intimate, the pools impressive, restaurant and bar had great offerings well presented and the Spa was awesome.
The Atlas Mountains were also very nice, but it was a hard act to follow after Marrakech. We had a great mini vacation in Morocco thanks to your great recommendations. We have recommended you to friends and acquaintances in England and will definitely recommend your company to friends in Canada.
Thanks for setting up such a great trip for us,
From Ken S who travelled with us in April 2024.
Just right - quiet - peaceful - attentive discrete staff - couldnt be more helpful - and wonderful breakfasts.
From Mel G who travelled with us in April 2024.
Les Deux Tours is in a league of its own, and we felt hugely spoilt being there. Such a beautiful place close to Marrakech, it couldn’t have been better.
From Annie Peake who travelled with us in March 2024.
We had a wonderful trip thank you, thoroughly enjoyed it! both hotels were lovely, the gardens at each were fabulous, the staff helpful and friendly and each pick-up with our drivers was very efficient, it all felt totally stress free. I asked my husband about any negative points as I couldn't actually think of any, and neither could he. Both guides we met were excellent also, it was really nice to have a guide just for the 2 of us.
We definitely plan to return to Morocco again, perhaps the Atlas mountains once more as the scenery was so stunning, and further south maybe, to be decided!
So many thanks for organising such a great itinerary for us.
Best wishes,
From Julie Barlow who travelled with us in March 2024.
Thanks for your email. We have had a wonderful holiday, one of the best. The travel details and transfers were all perfect and all charming. The fact that we spoke French was of course a big bonus as we had a full commentary from the drivers.
Kasbah Tamadot was absolutely magnificent. We had a smaller room on the corner of the courtyard but it as really cosy with lovely views across the river. The staff were delightful and we were very cosy. We loved the fact that the manager had thought of everything. Reading lights and torches. Slippers and the free mini bar.
The weather was gorgeous so we enjoyed the grounds and the lovely terrace for lunch. We also loved drinks in the library before dinner where we made some friends for our stay. We were also delighted that Eve herself came and sat with us one evening. I cant really think of anything at all I would change abut the place.
Villa les Oragers was of course a total contrast in setting. When we arrived we thought our room was very dark and had a flight of steps up to the bathroom. We were kindly sorted with an upgrade and had a very pleasant room with a terrace. After that we had a lovely time. The Hotel is a wonder with the door between the tyre shop and the washing machine repairers but that only added to the charm. A bit like a secret passage. The Staff were a little reserved but very friendly and helpful. I think that the difference is that at the villa you could have everything but needed to ask whereas at Tamadot it was just all there for you already. It also seemed that the Villa was set up more for French travellers which I am sure is not surprising considering the French connection.
The food was excellent and the local wines good. We enjoyed our lunches with the friendly staff and then most nights had drinks and tapas around the medina to soak up the local atmosphere. The tour of the medina and souk was epic running to a full 5 hours. The guide showed us everything but there was some pressure to go into a carpet shop which was a little unwonted and not perhaps official? Despite that we saw everything and our guide Rashid was excellent
We saw the Majorelle and the new town as well so we enjoyed all of Marrakech but we loved the juxtaposition of the hotel to the Jamaa al Fna and how we left such busy streets to get into the Riad
All in all the trip was certainly one of the best I could imagine and we are so glad we went to see such a vibrant place at a warm sunny time.
Suggestions?
Perhaps to advise travellers to get a room with a terrace at the Villa and to ask the staff to stock the minibar or to ask the minibar to stock the bar for your customers
I cant think of anything else really other than to say thanks for the experience which seemed to last for much more than just a week.

Thanks for your email, overall we had a great time, we would return to Marrakech, and we would definitely recommend you to all of our friends that are thinking of going to Morocco.
The La Sultana was fantastic in every aspect, and especially the staff. The Balloon flight was a bit disappointing, in part due to the weather. The guided tour was good but unfortunately the guide did not want to take on board what we wanted to do, only what he wanted us to see. In the end we cut the tour slightly short but enjoyed the experience.
KBO was a total contrast, and again was fantastic. The trek was great and our guide was perfect.
The transfers were spot on, and the contact we had with your local team was spot on.
Thanks again for your guidance and arranging a fabulous break for us.
Cheers Ian

Villa Maroc was beautiful-loved exploring the riad's many little rooms. Breakfast was great. They went out of their way to set up breakfast inside with a fire going since it was cold. Location was great. Villa Maroc did have a menu and pricing for dinners, at the reception desk, which was good.

Dar Ayniwen was a great place to start the holiday being able to relax in the gardens by the pool away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. It was a great contrast actually to the medina. The staff were very welcoming and friendly/

From Hugh Griffiths who travelled with us in September 2023.
We loved our vacation in Morocco. The trek completely lived up to our expectations and the third day in the gorge exceeded them. The accommodation was very comfortable, the food was fresh and healthy and, considering the circumstances, very well prepared. However, what made the trip was how knowledgeable, professional and friendly our guide Abdellah Allali was, we cannot rate him highly enough. In fact, the whole support team were excellent.
The Villa de Orangers was the perfect respite in the middle of Marrakech and a welcome haven for our tired bodies. Our only disappointment was Les Deux Tours which was a little worn around the edges.
The travel arrangements were professional and went off without a hitch and we would have no qualms in recommending your services to any of our friends.
Thanks for organizing a great trip.

Oualidia stole our hearts. Hippocampe was exactly as expected thanks to your briefing and you were right about us loving its simplicity. The suite was perfect, clean (and housekeeping came in each day) and its location was incredible, what a delight to open the door in the morning to the quiet, misty lagoon. We had a wonderful small patio area and were right next to the pool. The hotel gardens were a riot of colour and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. We took a boat-trip down the lagoon, the girls kayaked, swam (in pool & sea) paddle-boarded and were generally indulged by everyone we met. Staff were particularly helpful when it came to sorting out food for the kids! Food was great, particularly breakfasts on the terrace, we couldn’t have been looked after better. We were very sorry to leave – it was the perfect start to our break as we were able to relax before heading into Marrakech madness.
Our driver to Oualidia and also who picked us up for our tour from the hotel was fantastic, very courteous, with clean car and booster seats for the girls. He was also a very good driver so we felt safe on the crazy roads!
From Karen Lloyd who travelled with us in May 2023.
Bab Ourika was a complete contrast to the Riad, where one was opulent the other stark, but we had been upgraded to a de luxe room, and it was really a very good peaceful location, lovely grounds and views.
We had an excellent guide the next day, with good English and a good and generous picnic was bought to us on a donkey! We made use of the Hammam and the masseuse afterwards which was a good idea for desk bound English people who hadn’t taken any exercise for some time.
I would say that the food was quite basic here but perfectly edible, and I think I would be disappointed if I had come to Bab Ourika for my main holiday for a rest. Fine as a base for walks, which others were doing, or as a stopover. I believe the owner is English – we met him briefly - but I thought he might have realised that the actual food itself could have been so much more. Again the staff were faultless.

The riads we stayed in were excellent and we must mention Riad Cinnamon in particular as they were most helpful to us and were so obliging in every way.
